Refund Policy

At Brook Aesthetics we aim to deliver safe, professional, and personalised treatments every time. Because our services are medical and time-sensitive (once a treatment is performed it cannot be “returned”), we operate the following clear refund policy.
 

1. Treatments Already Performed

No refunds will be given for any treatment that has been carried out, including:
 

  • Anti-wrinkle injections (Botox)
     

  • Dermal fillers
     

  • Microneedling, facials, or skin programmes
     

  • Prescription weight-loss or hair-loss treatments
     

This is in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for personalised and perishable services.
 

2. Deposits
 

  • Deposits paid to secure an appointment are non-refundable.
     

  • They may be transferred to a new appointment date if you give at least 48 hours’ notice (subject to availability).
     

3. Cancellations & Late Notice
 

  • 48 hours or more notice: Full refund of any balance paid (minus deposit if applicable).
     

  • Less than 48 hours notice or no-show: You will be charged up to 50% of the treatment cost (or lose the full deposit).
     

  • Repeated cancellations may result in loss of future booking privileges.
     

4. Clinic Cancellations

If we have to cancel or postpone your appointment for any reason, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, or the option to rebook at a mutually convenient time with no additional charge.
 

5. Medical Reasons or Unsuitability

If, during your consultation, we decide (in our professional opinion) that a treatment is not suitable for you, we will refund any deposit or pre-payment in full.
 

6. Product Purchases
 

  • Skincare products purchased in-clinic or online: Refunded within 14 days if unopened and in original packaging (subject to our standard returns process).
     

  • Opened or used products are non-refundable.
     

7. How to Request a Refund

We aim to process approved refunds within 5–10 working days using the original payment method.

 

8. Important Notes
 

  • All refunds are at the discretion of Brook Aesthetics and subject to our professional judgement.
     

  • This Refund Policy works alongside our full Terms and Conditions (available on our website).
     

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who repeatedly cancel or request refunds without valid reason.
