Not sure whether your concern is acne, rosacea, pigmentation, dermatitis, psoriasis, sensitivity or something else? Our Comprehensive Skin Health Consultation provides a detailed, pharmacist-led assessment of your skin and a personalised plan based on your concerns, medical history and goals. During your appointment, we will review your: - Medical and dermatological history. - Current and previous skincare. - Prescription and non-prescription treatments. - Previous aesthetic or dermatological procedures. - Lifestyle and environmental factors. - Skin concerns, treatment goals and expectations. This is followed by a physical assessment of the skin, considering concerns such as: - Acne, breakouts and congestion. - Rosacea, flushing and persistent redness. - Pigmentation and uneven skin tone. - Dermatitis, eczema-like symptoms and irritation. - Psoriasis-like changes or persistent scaling. - Dryness, dehydration and impaired skin barrier. - Excess oil and enlarged pores. - Acne scarring and uneven texture. - Sun damage and visible signs of ageing. - Skin changes that may require further medical assessment. Following your consultation, we will explain our findings in clear terms and create a personalised skin health roadmap. This may include professional skincare, barrier-support strategies, prescription or pharmacy-led treatment where clinically appropriate, in-clinic treatments, treatment sequencing, maintenance advice and follow-up recommendations. Where appropriate, your plan may develop into an Acne Programme, Rosacea Management Programme, Pigmentation Reduction Programme or another bespoke skin health pathway. If we find that a condition requires specialist diagnosis, investigation or treatment outside the scope of an aesthetics clinic, we will explain this and recommend an appropriate GP or dermatology follow-up. You do not need to know what condition you have before booking. This consultation is designed to help you understand your skin and determine the most appropriate next step. **Products, prescriptions, treatments and specialist referrals are charged separately where applicable.
